Welcome to the Creekside Homeowners Association page. Our community is proudly guided by a volunteer Board of Directors, made up entirely of your fellow neighbors who step up to give their time and energy toward making our neighborhood the best possible place to live. We are dedicated to maintaining our beautiful shared amenities, protecting our neighborhood's unique character, and fostering a friendly, safe environment where every family can thrive. We love living here, and we are so glad to have you as part of our Creekside community!

Our Team

Patrick (Mike) Cook

HOA President

Previously I was the Pool Manager from 2005-2006 and then again in 2024. I have held the Presidents position since 2025.

Work background is 49 years in the Aerospace and Consumer Electronics industry in planning, distribution and management roles. My educational background consists of Business Management degrees from Pepperdine University (Bachelors) and Baker University (MBA).

Married with two kids and 3 grandchildren. A fun fact about me is that I love outlandish comedy like Airplane, Blazing Saddles, Month Python, Police Squad, etc.

Carrie Holder

HOA Vice President

I joined the board in 2022 as a Social Co-Chair. I've served a number of roles since then, and am currently serving as Vice-President. I'm passionate about building community and love the neighborhood in which we live.

I have a BA in Education and Administration and an MA in teaching ESL. I've lived and traveled all over the US and world. I visited 20 countries before getting married and settling down. My family keeps me busiest now at home.

Donna Blackwood

HOA Treasurer

I’ve been a Kansas resident my whole life, growing up on a farm in north central Kansas and then heading to Lawrence for college. I graduated with an account degree, passed the CPA exam, and started my career with Sprint. I’m currently with a small manufacturing firm in downtown KC that I enjoy.

My true loves are planting flowers in my garden, projects around my house and drinking coffee on beautiful mornings in my egg chair on my my back porch.

HOA Social Chair

I joined the Creekside HOA Board in 2022 and am now in my fourth year as Social Chair. I truly love bringing neighbors together, giving back to my community, and creating fun, memorable events for everyone to enjoy.

Beyond Creekside, I’m a full time mom to two wonderful children and a full time professional in the technology and marketing space.

Fun fact about me is I’m a total foodie who loves trying new dishes, baking sweet treats, and of course, never saying no to dessert!
