To keep things running smoothly and let our volunteers focus on community events and safety, we partner with the Homes Associations of Kansas City (HAKC). They strictly manage the billing, collection, and late fees for our annual homeowner dues only. For all other neighborhood matters, your local volunteer board is always right here to help!
Supporting Our Volunteers: Because your local Board and committee members are unpaid volunteers who balance these duties with jobs and families, HAKC’s professional team is there to handle the heavy lifting of financial paperwork. This keeps our community organized, legally compliant, and financially secure!
