📋 Eligibility & Getting Your Card

Pool key cards are a wonderful perk of community membership! To qualify for a pool access card, homeowners must meet the following neighborhood criteria:

  • Current on Dues: Your annual HOA dues and assessments must be completely paid up for the current year.

  • No Outstanding Fees: Your neighborhood account must be free of any late fees, fines, or open balances.

🛡️ Smart Tracking for Community Safety

Our gate entry system is an intentional safety feature designed to keep our neighborhood secure.

  • Active Entry Logging: Every time a key card is scanned, the system actively logs who is entering the pool, the exact timestamp of entry, and when individuals leave.

  • Addressing Safety Concerns: This digital log is vital if our community ever needs to investigate a safety incident, address property damage, or track unauthorized access (such as gate-jumping or "piggybacking").

🛠️ Lost, Stolen, or Replacement Cards

We understand that things get misplaced! If your card goes missing, we can easily deactivate your old one and get you back in the water safely:

  • Replacement Fee: New replacement cards are available for a $50 fee.

  • Instant Safety Deactivation: Please report a lost or stolen card immediately so we can remotely turn it off. This prevents unauthorized individuals from using your card to access our community space.

👀 See It? Report It!

A safe pool requires a watchful eye from everyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, a broken gate, or individuals entering the facility without a card, please take action right away:

  • Non-Emergency Line: Report suspicious behavior immediately to the Overland Park Police non-emergency line at 913-895-6300.

  • Remember: Our community is safest when we look out for one another. If you see it, report it!
